To create this site, I started learning HTML properly a few weeks ago. After exploring its basics, I can say that I am loving HTML a lot! It feels so powerful to be able to create awesome and beautiful web pages just by using text.
It is the same feeling I get when creating documents in LaTeX. Typesetting, optimising, adjusting and seeing the document emerge. It’s just amazing.
And it feels great to know that this is the same HTML that powers the web and provides the basic structure for it.
With free domains like .tk and free hosting like InfinityFree, anyone is now able to create their own websites. This is what the internet was supposed to be: everyone creating their own sites, with complete control over the content and design.
I just wanna say, do give this a try. Start with creating an offline webpage. It’s worth the effort.
