Humans Are Bad at Understanding Causality

Even though we humans have collectively lives for millennia? And individually for decades, but most of us still don’t have a firm grasp on the mechanism of causality.

It needs to be taught separately. Maybe it’s not intuitive.

On the surface it makes sense that if A and then B happens, A must have caused B. But, no.

A huge part of the scientific endeavour is understanding causality.

PhD are done for it.
